Our SHY program for smoking cessation at Holistic Paths to Wisdom is a 6 session support program to help you:

To be a happy healthy non smoker
To be free of your old smoking habit
To be a non smoker in All situations

If you wish to take full control of your life, to be full active in leaving your old habit of smoking behind you & personal responsibility for your actions & future, SHY is for route to a smoke free life for you!

Shy is aimed at those who wish to become a non smoker, not an ex smoker who continually dreams about a cigarette! This program puts the control into your hands & required direct involvement, so a realisation that Hypnosis isn't going to work with direct dedication & desire.

The magic that does occur lies within Self Hypnosis & the participation of all other exercises within the program, as they reinforce your progress & reprograms the mind to help you achieve your aim. This program is 100% successful to those who partake 100%! In addition, unless you desire to you can continue to smoke unitl your own Stop Smoking Freedom Date, so you are not forced to stop for your first session.

Session 1: Interview & Outcome Induction (Session 1 is Free)
Session 2: Self Hypnosis
Session 3: will be a minimum of 2 weeks from this appointment & you will start to settle into finding your Freedom Date
Session 4: Smoking Reframe & Being a Non Smoker in all Situations
Session 5: Stress Management
Session 6: The Final Session. Smoke Free You!

You will get take home material with all sessions to help you understand more about the sessions & your own self in relation to your old habit. At the end of this support program you will have all the tools & methods you need to continue the program on your own & of course you can make arrangements for additional sessions.
