What is Self Spiritual Energy Healing?

Using Spiritual Energy Healing as a basis, a light hypnotic healing state is induced to enable You to work with your own issues yourself via your own faith. I talk you to a specific place, rather like taking you on a inner journey where you can hand over your concern to who you wish. This may be your own God, or a saint, or spiritual being whom you feel at ease with, so it can even be a family member who is in spirit. You may of may not get a physical vision of whom you give your problem to, that is irrelevant, as it is a method which empowers you to be able to move your own energy out to the universe for healing & balancing.

Over the 3 visits you will learn how to create a healing, self hypnotic state from which you can get better results for healing & finding peace at home in your own time.

How I conduct Self Spiritual Energy Healing?

Very similar to the spiritual energy healing your energy ports or chakras will be cleared & I will talk you into a relaxed healing state which will make you feel very calm, you will be very alert, while very physically relaxed. You will be warm & safe & as with all forms of hypnosis you will be able to open your eyes at any time.

You will be taken on a journey, to a place where you can visualise your issue, which can often just be seen as a shape or colour, so need not be distressing. & you can hand it to your faith based spiritual problem taker.

You can talk if you wish, tell me what is going on or be left to your own healing.

How many sessions?

This self healing takes place over a set of 3 session at least one week apart. This gives you time to practice the method, once learnt you will have it for life! It also gives you confidence during the process.

What can I hand over to Spirit?

Anything!

This involves hypnosis - is that dangerous?

No, a hypnotic state is a natural state. It has nothing to do with magic, control, religion or anything mystical, it is to do with the manner in which the subconscious mind works.

When I use this method at home, will I be in any danger from spirit's?

Spirit are love, YOU are spirit & it is your own spiritual self you will be working via. Any fears that you feel or sense come from within, they are an aspect of yourself. So should be looked at with love to gain insight into them, even if they appear with another's face or voice attached, they still are a part of you.

Things like this are rare & those who fear spiritual matters will not be accepted for this treatment to avoid them any unnecessary uncomfy feelings.
