One - One Instruction

Introduction to Meditation & Mindfulness gives the you all of the information you need to begin your own mindfulness meditation practice, to dispel myths & to understand its simplicity & complexity.

The course comes in 4 lessons, which are fluid to allow for the asking of questions at the students pace. The lessons are broken down into what may seem its very basic components, while they give the new meditator a deeper understanding of all that makes up the basis of meditation.

Each lesson is one to one & half hours long. It is usual for 20 minutes of instruction & questions, 20 minutes of practice with a further 20 minutes for questions.

Students will be sitting in a chair but asked to bring along any pillows which they feel they may need for comfort.

Week 1 Posture. Body. Pain. Meditation Space.
Week 2 Breath. Monkey Mind.
Week 3 Emotions. Thoughts. Mindfulness.
Week 4 Object. Conclusion

Individual lessons: Maybe you used to meditate & wish to refresh? Stuck within your own practice? Feel that you need to share your own practice in order to find clarity? Already been taught, but need to ask questions?

There are many reasons why you may wish individual lessons. Again on a One – One basis, lessons are structured around your own needs.
